and they have never done us wrong. They give honest advice, and as many options as possible. They are not afraid to show you exactly what they are doing, and answer all your questions directly. Not long after my last repair (new brakes, calipers, rotors, and tie rod ends) another mechanic asked me what I was charged (I believe in the hopes that he could sway me away by quoting a better price) - his reaction - "Wow, they're really giving it all away over there, aren't they?". What happens when you do quality work and you charge an honest price for it? You get repeat business and referrals. That's how business should be done. I always tell peope to go to Elsen's. They're the best around, in my opinion.
