TOO EXPENSIVE 3/6/2015

All they care about - is the money!!!! They don't care about customers. They need your credit card before they make an appointment - that's not right. Plus they want to provide service the next day - not "same day" service. Provide service first, then I'll give you my credit card. Let the service speak for itself. I will NEVER use again. They are "wanna be" Plumbers. Save yourself a headache and don't call them. Call another plumbing company.... more

I called this company because of a previous good experience. They were prompt, polite and explained everything that needed to be done when getting my consent to work. They worked into the evening in order to avoid me missing a second day of work. That was very considerate of them. I would recommend this company. more

Service Contract 3/6/2015

One of the worst companies I have ever contracted with for on-going service/checkup calls. The contract states they will visit twice a year, once in the spring for the air conditioner and once in the fall for the furnace. Has never happened in the four years I have used them. It does not matter how many checkup visits you schedule, they always call and cancel and reschedule months later. Then they call again cancel that one and reschedule again. And the beat goes on and on and on. Service and tech are good when they finally do show up but of you are looking for a maintenance contract, my advice is to look elsewhere. more

Would not recommend at all. Technician spent 6 hours at my house and couldn't find the problem. He had been looking at the wrong unit the whole time. They never called me back to come back out. more

When I first signed up for the warrenty/service which is costing me $ 19.5 every month i was told just about everything was covered but the last 2 or 3 times I have been charged for parts and an attempt to repace my perfect central unit for $ 9400.00 . When I called another a/c service company I was told that there was nothing wrong with my unit; this all happened when I called for a winter check up. I am beganing to doubt that my $ 19.95 per month is not what I signed up for 4 years ago. Greg Romero more

See review. I personally paid off the entire amount owing to you. Then you collected a number of $94.00 payments from that credit card account you set up for me. Well Fargo bank reimbursed me for the over charge and you have also received that overcharge amount.So, the vank is out that amount but you owe that amount to reimbusae the bank. I wonder if you have done that yet? the nexttime I have a major expenditure with you do not set up any kind of cedit card account for me without my knowlege. Kenneth DeMaet more

Dishonest 3/3/2015

On Time Elmer installed my brand new AC unit incorrectly. Had another company to check out the unit because it was making a lot of noise and rattling when we finally needed to turn on the unit. The other technician stated there was NO WAY that whoever installed the unit could NOT have known it was installed incorrectly. I understand things happen and believe in second chances, but this IS the second incident! I won't ever call on On Time Elmer EVER again. I wish never to receive contact with them! They have no integrity! more

Be careful when doing business with these guys. Their "techs" will do all they can do scare you into buying expensive stuff you don't need. One guy tried to sell me a new A/C system, all the while acting as if next meal depended on the sale. That was 3 years ago, my old A/C still works as well as all parts they kept warning me were about to go. more

Funny I had great service when I used them last year, then I got this review for service that I supposedly had in January of this year. I received a bill for over $5000 for service that I never received. I contacted and was told it was in error and a credit was issued for this wrongful billing. I asked for something showing that I did not owe them and was told that I would receive a statement showing to credit. That was a week ago and I have not received anything yet. more

Three times you were schedualed and three times you did not show up. Yes, the first two times you did call the day before, the last time i waited from nine until three, no show, no call. 3/2/2015

In the past I have been moderately pleased with the work, I was a little uncomfortable with the last time, I explained to the tec that I was hearing a new sound from the unit, I am still hearing it. When someone called on a follow up call I explained the problem, He promised to get back to me, he did not. Now three times you have called and schedualed and three times you did not show. Not good! Do you reimburse me for my time? more

No Show Twice 3/2/2015

You have been asked to take me off your call list. I am requesting you take me off of all your contact lists once again. This will make the third time. Your technician did not show up for the appointment not once but twice. Your company refused to provide the "on time or it's free" service on each occasion. My time is important. I will not do business with again. Take me off of all your lists, please. You only got 1 star because the field is required. I do not give you any stars. more
