We chose this restaurant because the atmosphere and menu sounded like fun from the website. In person it was really disappointing. The 50's atmosphere was not as strong as I expected from the description, but the big let down was the food. My husband was apparently satisfied with his burger, but everything else was mediocre at best. The mozzarella sticks he ordered for an appetizer were clearly the pre-packaged, frozen kind, not fresh. Same with my chicken strips dinner, which was also not even actual chicken breast strips, but that "particle board" compressed chicken stuff which I could hardly force myself to eat and certainly did not finish. I'm pretty sure the fries were frozen too, and probably the veggies I had as a side as well. None of it seemed freshly prepared at all, although I wouldn't have minded that so much if it had at least been good, but it wasn't. The honey mustard dipping sauce was good, but it could in no way compensate for the rest of the meal. The service was okay, certainly not great, and definitely seemed slow for how quiet it was in the restaurant when we were there.
