I have taken my Tahoe to Elite since 2002. It has always been dependable and I do not hesitate to take my family out in that truck anytime we need to travel. That trust comes from the knowledge Elite does all of the routine, and other maintenance on it. Frequently people tell me about using much cheaper mechanics they found in places like Craig's list. These stories are frequently followed up with more stories about needing to get those repairs replaced by qualified mechanics. When my life depends on the quality of my mechanic and the standards of the repairs, I do not take chances on who I use for the work. Consistently Positive 9/21/2011

Without fail, every time I have taken a vehicle to these guys the experience has been head-and-shoulders above the others. They will take the time to make sure you understand what's going on, and I have never felt pressured to make any repair presented. Matter of fact, they've been honest enough to tell me "You know, if it were my car . . ." They always take me out to show me what they are seeing, so I can tell it's a legitimate issue and not an upsell. Without a doubt, my "go-to" shop. more

This is the best place to have your car serviced. They always take the time to explain everything as well as giving options. I have gone in there twice with just a question and they were always willing to help. I recommend this place to everyone. Being a woman it is nice to go to a place that you can trust. I will not take my car anywhere else!!!!! more

Bruce took the time to explain the diagnosis of my car and then to further explain the maintenance schedule(and preventative measures) I should be following to keep my car "in shape". I appreciated that Bruce took the time to do this. Other staff members that came to the front desk were friendly and seemed quite service oriented. Thank you. more

Great Customer Service 9/2/2011

I am very pleased with the service I received from ALL of the staff at Elite Napa Auto Repair. My vehicle had to be towed into their location, and when my vehicle arrived they had a bay waiting for it. All of the staff was pleasant, and professional. My vehicle had extensive brake damage, and was in need of a new tire. They were able to have it all repaired the same day, and the final cost was under what I was quoted. I will jump at the opportunity to recommend Elite Napa Auto Repair to anyone that is in need of vehicle maintenance or repair. more

their service was great, my battery had died and I made a call and someone was @ my job to give me a jump. Once we got back to the shop I had a wait of maybe an hr less to have a new one put in. The customer svc is great, that is hard to come by now a days........ more

A life saver! 8/23/2011

I'm from Tucson and had an overheating problem on I-10. I saw NAPA and thought I'd just pull in, get some coolant and limp on home. Even though they were busy, they put my car on the lift and Bruce immediately diagnosed my problem. They didn't have the part to fix it for me, but gave me the advice and confidence to drive home without further problems. Too bad you're not in Tucson! more

I'm a very safisfied customer who had her truck worked on yesterday for a wheel alignment. The service was excellent, they explained why i needed to purchase the Cobalt Kit before my wheel alignment was done, they didn't pressure me to get it, but i chose to have it done, so i won't have to worry about more expenses down the way...THANK YOU ELITE. more

Honest and caring 8/9/2011

These guys will treat you right and exceed your expectations. They kept me up to date and faught the dealership to get a computer part covered under warranty. I reccomend this place to thers. more

Over charged and under serviced. 8/4/2011

I went in for wheel alignment, but could not get one. I was told I needed a lower control arm, and was charged $57. No work was ever done but I had to pick up my car. more

could improve 7/21/2011

I brought one of our company trucks in after another shop had botched a power steering repair. I also asked about having the dome light repaired. Elite made quick work of the PS pump, and it hasn't leaked a drop since. However, the dome light wasn't fixed. Bummer, but no big deal, right? Satisfied with the PS repair, I brought them our other company truck for an alignment, and to fix a front marker lamp. While they were quick, and below estimate on the alignment, The marker lamp repair was overlooked, until I checked to see if it had been done. The technician also commented (on the paperwork) that the rack mounts were worn. I did not learn of this condition until I was ready to pick the truck up. I would've been happy to replace the mounts if someone had called and advised me of the issue. Instead I threw away $70 for an alignment that has already shifted. I know that Matt and Bruce are busy, but I'm less than impressed by this shop's customer-advisor-technician communication. However I feel that their rates are fair, and their technicians are capable of good work. more
