Review content:
I brought one of our company trucks in after another shop had botched a power steering repair. I also asked about having the dome light repaired. Elite made quick work of the PS pump, and it hasn't leaked a drop since. However, the dome light wasn't fixed. Bummer, but no big deal, right? Satisfied with the PS repair, I brought them our other company truck for an alignment, and to fix a front marker lamp. While they were quick, and below estimate on the alignment, The marker lamp repair was overlooked, until I checked to see if it had been done. The technician also commented (on the paperwork) that the rack mounts were worn. I did not learn of this condition until I was ready to pick the truck up. I would've been happy to replace the mounts if someone had called and advised me of the issue. Instead I threw away $70 for an alignment that has already shifted. I know that Matt and Bruce are busy, but I'm less than impressed by this shop's customer-advisor-technician communication. However I feel that their rates are fair, and their technicians are capable of good work.
