These crooks say that they take care of their customers...WHAT A JOKE!! I bought my ewheel scooter almost two months ago and they still have not delivered it. When i called they said to be patient and hung up on me. I sent them an email to cancel the order because i found out that these ew ewheel scooters are garbage. NO answer!!! more

PIECE OF JUNK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/9/2016

i bought one of these electric scooters for $2000 riding on sidewalks and paved trails weld broke off frame twice battery charger screwed up batteries wires hanging loose every where no customer support no service chinese piece of junk stay away any reviews that u read and are saying how nice it is are lies all these issues w mine were all within 1 year. I called customer service but they said to xxxx off. more

Electric vehicle mall 3/29/2016

I was overjoyed with both the product and the customer service I received from the Electric Vehicle Mall. As a double amputee with considerable mobility issues, my mobility scooter has changed my life. I have my freedom back! The EW36 scooter I purchased has greatly improved my life and my stare of mind. The sales team and the customer service departments were very helpful and very friendly. I have had such a great experience with Electric Vehicle Mall that I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to go for it. The service and prices cannot be beaten. more
