This used to be the best garage in the twin cities under Saeid. He sold the place. Their customer service now is terrible. I have been going to them because I live close by, but I will not go again. Now they just try to sell you unnecessary service. They recommended $300 worth of repairs that they told me Honda recommends for my car. I called the dealership and researched online and none of those repairs are recommended. When I told them this they were unapologetic. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them. My experience over the last few years is that they are only interested in making a fast buck and taking advantage of their customers. more

Best mechanic ever 8/19/2005

Electra Tune is the best garage I have ever come across. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The owner, Saied is friendly, skilled, and honest. If he can't fix your car, he won't charge you. The only time he won't be able to fix your car is when the manufacturer hasn't released diagnostic codes or instructions outside of their dealership circle. I don't even ask the owner for a quote, because he is always cheaper and more thorough than the competition. If your buying a used car, take it to Electra Tune for an inspection. Often Saied won't charge you a dime, and he''ll find every problem. more
