Didn't the owner/guitar teacher at this school get arrested and booked for 10 counts of lewd acts with a victim under the age of 14 in May 2006. The Chula Vista Police Department has this up on their website. Just go to Google and type in Walter Rivera & see what comes up. It says that his name is : Walter Rivera (49). Is this the same guy that owns and teaches guitar at El Jibarito Music lesson place? I think that it is !!! How is this guy and this place still in business ... teaching kids?????
