Very helpful with the whole process, thank you for putting me at ease and explaining to me that the loud noise on my car really wasn't a huge issue and was fixed easily.

Worst

the guys did excellent work and I have to say I was very impressed with how clean the shop was. A lot of the mechanics shops I have been to have been in serious need of a cleaning...

marty and his mechanic dean i think his name was were very helpful it was just some part on my wheel that was making all the noise and vibration and they were able to fix it for like one hundred dollars so im super thankful that i went to edward more

The guys were great and i really appreciate how much they tried to help me but the shop was just a little too busy and I only had thirty minutes to let them check it out. more

A++ 1/14/2013

marty was such a great guy when i came in to get my car fixed, he made me feel like i was the only customer there(although the place was packed lol) i had to wait a bit because they were so busy but he made sure to let me know how close they were to getting results on my car and when they had them they came over to me right away. i wasn't able to get the worked done at that time but they gave me a list of all the stuff my car needed so now im just saving my money! more

it was nice to walk into a place and instantly be taken care of, no waiting around for someone to ask if i needed help the manager came right to me and made sure to take care of me the moment i walked in. I was in and out with a diagnostic of what was wrong with my car in under an hour and even though i couldn't fix my car that day (turns out the damage was worse than I thought) the manager there was still friendly and helpful. THIS is how you keep your customers, with respect and integrity, thanks edwards! more

hey marty thank you for how fast you were able to get the service done on my montero. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get it done on my lunch break but you asssured me you could do it and you came through for me. If I ever need any more work believe you will be the first to get a call! more

The southport shop had my car in and out in under two days, I was very impressed with how fast and precise they are with their repairs and I'll be going back if I need anything done in the future. more

John is my hero! lol 11/20/2012

My stupid son thought it would be cool to take my truck out and go "4x4" in it. turns out when you get a truck stuck and then try to slam it back and forth into gear it messes up the transmission....needless to say I was very VERY upset with my son when he called me and told me that my truck was stuck in some field out in the country. Thankfully john was able to tow the vehicle in for me so I didn't have to see it, he fixed it rather cheap considering what my son had damaged and he even got me a rental car for me while my truck was being fixed. If it wasn't for john I honestly don't know what I would have done. more

Ya dey fixed my car, it was runnin like crap but they replace some sort of plug n some wire n it runnin good again but dey said it need mor work but hells naw i aint puttin no mo mone in this car. more

Marty and Greg make a great team! 11/20/2012

I was amazed at how well the southport road store is run. I have heard some bad reviews about them so I'm not going to lie I was skeptical about going to them but I'm glad I did. Marty and greg instantly greeted me as I walked through the door and even though they were busy they made sure i was taken care of right away. Greg offered me a ride home and within a few hours marty was calling me to tell me the diagnostic results of my car. It ended up that I did need a transmission which was a bummer but they fixed it at a cost that I could afford although i didn't want to lol and they made sure to explain the warranty so if I ever have any issues I can take it bac kto them! more

they did a good job and although i had to bring it back a few times it was always different issues and they always made sure it was fixed before the car left. did they do a perfect job no but they made sure to fix their mistakes which i can appreciate more

the guys there took a little longer than most shops do to fix my transmission but they did a superb job and were very thorough, I didn't have a problem with that I mean who wants someone to rush a job on your car right? more

The guys did a great job on my car. My only complaint is that some customer next to me was smoking and since their lobby is kinda small it smelled like smoke but I can't blame them for that, it's a small building lol. more
