I have used Alisan Florist for deliveries to the different boroughs in order to brighten friends' and family members' days. They're great in person because you can pick out what you want and get ideas, or you can call on the phone and describe something you have in mind, but what they create is always more beautiful and artistic than you could have imagined. Their close location to Grand Central is very convenient and easy to find. I got married this past August, and my husband and I were struggling with finding the beautiful flowers we wanted at a price we could afford. I needed help making decisions about flower types that would last throughout a very long wedding day but also be vibrant and coordinate with our theme. I guess brides are always worried and nervous about arrangements for their wedding days, but Alisan's wedding and event coordinator sat with me many times to go over plans and make sure everything would be perfect for the special day. Our flowers ended up being just that, thanks to Alisan's expertise and creativity. They really turned out better than I had even imagined. Our large floral pieces were absolutely gorgeous with floating orchids, our centerpieces made great take-homes for guests, and bouquets and boutonnieres really finished off the whole atmosphere we were going for that day. I'm so glad we used them for our wedding, and I'll continue to use them for arrangements and other events. I would recommend this place to anyone and already have! I hired Alisan Florist to put together several centerpieces for my best friend's bridal shower a few weeks ago and they really did an amazing job. I checked out a number of different florists in midtown but ended up going with Alisan because they were so helpful and consultative and gave me some great ideas to work with. The centerpieces came out beautifully and the shower turned out great. Everyone at the shower asked which florist we used because it was so fresh and gorgeous. Conveniently located near Grand Central, I have become a regular customer at Alisan's Florist. When I first started buying flowers from here, I would just stop in a couple times a week to take flowers home to brighten up our house--my husband and i love to have beautiful fresh flowers around. Well, the flowers from Alisan's were consistantly the freshest, longest lasting most gorgeous flowers ive ever seen! Being that I am an activity director for a community out in Westchester, I started using Alisan's to do the flowers for all our parties and community events! It never ceases to amaze me how gorgeous and fresh the flowers are!!! Alisan's truly puts together the most gorgeous arrangements ive ever seen, and there is no end to people talking about the flowers at out events!!!
