Would give negative stars if possible. We came in to get our diamond appraised. We had an appointment with Tom but he was with a customer. Didn’t acknowledge us for 10 minutes. The “appraisal” consisted of asking for the certificate, which he glanced at for a second, and then took our diamond and with a glance said that it was a bad diamond. Then tried to sell us a lower color and clarity diamond. Even though the diamond had a huge inclusion right in the middle of the table. Avoid if you do not want to feel sick to your stomach after a visit!
