The manager here at these apartments is extremely rude & unprofessional. I can't believe I was considering moving to this place. Yeah the rent is cheap but I would NEVER recommend these apartments to ANYONE! She stays in her office and has her leasing agents do all the work, she is not very welcoming, & I wouldn't be surprised if she's on drugs. TOTAL NIGHTMARE, the apartments have potential but the way she represents them makes even considering living there a horrible thought. more

Could you ever imagine someone entering your home without your permission. Well your looking at that place, these apartments have really made a bad name for themselves. Major changes needs to be made with the quailty of management & repairs and most of all customer services. The Commons are not a safe place to live.They dont care about your safety, they have people working for them that steals out of your apartment while you not there. I say this because i am a victim of burgalary. The workers in the office treated the situation as if it wasnt anything, when after my apartment was broken into without force entery. I leave on this note pay attention to were u live & check them out. more

This was the ideal apartment when we first moved in. After about two weeks, crawly things that start with the letter ""R"" started coming out of the woodwork. It was harder and harder to get repairs done, and the neighbors although they were quite, had a habit of sitting their garbage outside the door for days instead of walking it to the dumpster. The sewer backed up several times a month and there was never any hurry to get it fixed. Although there was never a time that my rent was refused even when I had been waiting for repairs for more than 60 days. It just got to be more than I wanted to deal with and for the price of the rent, that apartment just wasn't worth the money. The staff in the office is extremely nice until you are asking for something. I was even told at one point that I should go out and buy the part that needed to be replaced instead of waiting for the maintenance man to fix it, I was afterall the one living in the apartment. So, if you don't mind things crawling all over your food and sometimes on your body, this would be the perfect place to rent. These people are equivalent to slum lords. They also have the nerve to not return your security deposit. The way I see it, they should pay their tenants to stay there. Pros: quite neighborhood Cons: parking more
