This was the ideal apartment when we first moved in. After about two weeks, crawly things that start with the letter ""R"" started coming out of the woodwork. It was harder and harder to get repairs done, and the neighbors although they were quite, had a habit of sitting their garbage outside the door for days instead of walking it to the dumpster. The sewer backed up several times a month and there was never any hurry to get it fixed. Although there was never a time that my rent was refused even when I had been waiting for repairs for more than 60 days. It just got to be more than I wanted to deal with and for the price of the rent, that apartment just wasn't worth the money. The staff in the office is extremely nice until you are asking for something. I was even told at one point that I should go out and buy the part that needed to be replaced instead of waiting for the maintenance man to fix it, I was afterall the one living in the apartment. So, if you don't mind things crawling all over your food and sometimes on your body, this would be the perfect place to rent. These people are equivalent to slum lords. They also have the nerve to not return your security deposit. The way I see it, they should pay their tenants to stay there.
Pros: quite neighborhood
Cons: parking
