Eden Day Spa

I visited this spa using a gift certificate from my family. The spa is small by some standards, but the atmosphere and demeanor of the staff is excellent. The treatments I had were done very well and achieved the results I expected. I will definitely use this spa again when I return to Boca in the winter. more

I loved every thing. I had the essential package, which was a facial, massage, pedicure and manicure. I thought all of my services were fantastic and especially loved my facial. they did so much more than other spas - alot of massage and pampering in the facial, the pedicure chair was big and so comfortable and the sheets on the massage table felt like silk. plus the tables were heated. It was like they thought of all the extra little things to make it perfectly comfortable. Everyone that worked there was very nice and smiled at me and kept asking if they could get me anything. i left feeling great, i will definantly ask my husband for another gift certificate here. I tried this spa because of all of the reviews - the vast majority of customers had really good things to say. I'm surprised at the few negative reviews because every time I have been there, everything has been stellar. I highly recommend Lauren for facials - she is incredibly talented. Not only does my skin look amazing, but she gives the most relaxing facial I've ever experienced. I've had massages with Michelle and Janet, and both were very skilled therapists. The rest of the staff always seems very friendly and accomodating. Every time I have been it is clean and quiet and smells wonderful. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. I have been to most of the other spas in Boca and Delray, and felt like I wasted my money on bad-to-just okay services. I always leave here with relaxed with the feeling that my money was well spent. I also enjoy the fact that they aren't as expensive as most of the other spas in the area. I have paid much more for services that weren't even half as good. My husband bought me a gift certificate to this spa for Christmas. At first I was disappointed because I usually go to another spa in town & didn't know anything about Eden Spa. However I was so happy with my experience that I've already been back twice since! The first time I went in was for a package with a facial, massage & mani/pedi. Everything was wonderful. I've since been back for massages and have enjoyed them more than at the other spas I've gone to. The ambiance is really nice too. It is beautiful inside, as well as very clean. And every staff member that I've encountered has been friendly and accommodating. I'm so glad my husband found this place! more

I went to Eden Day Spa because it was close to where I lived..The atmosphere was plain.Hearing the same chime 50 times in a 60min massage it gets annoying.Front counter girls seemed bothered to help. Tried to sell me products, even though I said no thank you about 5 times. Service is okay, but the quality of Eden day spa is not satisfying! Never buy gift cards for others! The front desk employees are an embarrassment to the whole gift! I bought my boyfriend a package which had an upgrade.After his massage, front desk told him he didn't have enough money on his gift card.That was an embarrassing call from him! The manager called to send her apologies, but Eden Day Spa already ruined my gift. It was an insult! I wanted to cancel his last portion of his package but he said no,he wants to get this done and over with and never go there again too! I recommend to never go there-its a waste of money! Having done research on many user review sites, I decided to purchase my mom a gift certificate here based on the many positive accolades they've received. I live out of state and also don't know much about the different offerings of a day spa. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who spent quite a bit of time explaining about the spa and all of the different services they do, as well as making recommendations as to which she thought a woman my mother's age would enjoy. So far I know this sounds like nothing but moderately good service that one would expect from the owner of any business. However, when I explained that I was behind schedule and needed my mom to have her gift the next day, she at first recommended an instant gift certificate that I could email immediately to my mom - unfortunately my mother doesn't have a computer. It was too late in the day to overnight it, and when I explained how it was important to me that she receive it on her actual birthday, she went above and beyond, and said that although they normally aren't able to, that she would be happy to hand deliver it for me. Then she refused when I offered payment, saying it was her pleasure. Now THAT is something you don't find every day. Needless to say, I was quite impressed at that point. My positive feeling regarding this business was only reinforced when my mother went in to redeem her certificate and reported back that it was "the best gift she had received and that's what she wanted from now on for all holidays." She said that she was made to feel welcome and that everyone who worked on her was very attentive to her needs. She was very relaxed and enjoyed her experience immensely. I am not the type who normally writes reviews, but I thought this deserved mention. Everything was "just right," from the classic spa decor to the very friendly staff and the top quality services that we received. We booked facials and massages and were thrilled with our treatments. Ericka and Dania gave us by far the best facials we've had, and our massages with Michelle and Janet were nothing short of blissful. We've already booked our next appointments, as well as purchased a gift card for our Mother's birthday. Highly recommended! more

I switched to Eden Day Spa about a year ago on the recommendation of a friend. I'm from the West Coast and LOVED going to spas when I lived there. However, after moving here I tried spa after spa and was never happy. Either the services were mediocre or worse, the establishment was dirty or the customer service was terrible ... you name it, I experienced it. I was complaining about not being able to find a good spa locally when my girl friend said I HAD TO try Eden. I did and I cannot express how grateful I am to her or happy I am with them. I regularly get deep tissue massages as well as facials and manicures and they are always fantastic. Likewise the customer service is stellar and it's also really a "spa" environment - not a salon masquerading as a spa. Don't bother with the other spas in the area - Eden is highly recommended! more

Such a great experience! It's SO pretty & clean, smells REALLY good, and everyone was SUPER nice & friendly - I felt very comfortable & at ease. I had the best massage and best manicure EVER!
