Edelweiss is a traditional Bavarian restaurant about 15 miles south of Staunton in Greenville, VA. I have no idea how this wonderful little restaurant ended up in the middle of nowhere, but the service and the food are superb! This is a great place to take visitors or large groups of friends. Main meal items are served individually and run about $12-$16...but all of the side items are served family-style and are all-you-can-eat! (and believe me, you will want to eat all that you can!) This restaurant is definitely a unique treasure and worth every penny! Call ahead for reservations if you are coming in a large group - one day notice is sufficient.
