Prior to my experience today I would have given them 5 stars, however after today I can truthfully only give one star. I have been a faithful customer for 3 years now and have spent around 700-800$ on airbrush tanning and the collagen bed. What happened today is that I made a mistake when I put my collagen bed package on hold-I made it to where it started back a month earlier than I intended. I expected that since I didn't use it over the last month that it wouldn't count towards my 3 month package. However the manager is extremely rigid and inflexible and the entire last month counted, even though I was out of the country and didn't use it once. I was planning this weekend to purchase a new package of 10 airbrush tanning sessions for 350$, however after my experience today I will never spend another dollar at this place. Due to the manager being extremely inflexible, eclipse sunless has lost an very valuable and faithful customer.
