I have consistently been disappointed due to the lack of customer service and friendly personnel in this store. Appears there's an attitude of don't smile or be kind to the customers, they might ask you to do something. I've also been treated quite rudely at the counter. As a handicapped person, customer service is very important to me. We have also moved all my prescriptions to another store (I have 27 prescriptions) due to errors and delays in their pharmacy department. That's one place where that kind of service can be life-threatening. To be fair, I must note that I've had similar experiences in Eckerd stores in other areas of the Metroplex. I once bought what I thought was a black-and-white television that was on sale at a very good price. When I got it home, I discovered it was a color TV. I took it back and a frustrated staff told me that I should have kept it and that they would never have known. I would have known!
