A couple things make Eats special: 1.) the menu has all your breakfast favorites, but also includes some unique items such as sour-dough french toast (yumm!) and ricotta cheese pancakes (trust me!). 2.) the wait staff is really friendly and the service is awesome. I guess it depends who's working when you go, but my waitress gave all her customers special attention and was talkative and friendly.
Other than that, it's average quality, and average price. The decor is simple but nice. The crowd is mostly locals.
Pros: unique menu, friendly staff, sunny simple decor
Cons: average tasting, average price
