Dr. Herdt, despite her awful sounding, scary name, is a good doctor for our son. She is very talkative--in fact, she throws so much information at us while we're in the office that it's hard to remember it all. She has a good manner that makes it very easy for us to remain calm if we are worried about our boy. Her attitude can help make feel like she has things under control.
