This is by far the best transmision shop in all the Dallas Area. Eagle Transmission in Mesquite is the #1 transmission repair shop. My F350 super duty isn't just a truck it is how I make my living. Without my truck I cannot work. Eagle Transmission over at Galloway is the very best shop I have ever brought my work truck to. They have knowledge about the operations of a heavy duty transmission in a truck and were also able to upgrade my parts to a more heavy duty parts that now when I am pulling my trailer I cannot even feel the weight of it behind my truck while in the highway. I went there after being recommended by a local repair shop that does only tires. I have been driving my truck for a while now it is operating just perfect. When I called Eagle Transmission in Mesquite I was treated very professional over the phone. My car was not moving and Eagle towed my car in the middle of the night. The next morning they had checked my car and found the problem with it. I was explained in detail what the problem was and stopped by the shop and received a written estimate. I was very impressed with the technicians and the management staff at Eagle I authorized them to do the internal inspection. Within a few hours they called me with the estimate for the repair, which was within the range they had given me. The next afternoon I picked up my car and have been driving it now for several weeks and it works fantastic. I is not easy being a woman going to a repair shop for anything these days. This started out rocky but with the new manager at the Galloway location, everything turned around to great. She is absolutely honest, open and wont give you the run around. We researched different companies when we had to have our transmission rebuilt, and Mesquite Eagle Transmission was the most affordable. They got back to us with answers to whatever questions we had and went way beyond what was required. We had a warranty company that was not cooperating, and Mesquite Eagle went out of their way to make things happen for us. Their customer service was outstanding. After the job was done, they did the inspection and also called us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. The car is running beautifully and their warranty is excellent. Mesquite Eagle Transmission rebuilt my transmission and, overall, it was a positive experience. Even though the price was more on the high end, I think that, ultimately, they did a good job. They did some things really well: for example, the manager was very good about explaining what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. I found his explanation helpful and realized that not all shops would take the time to do this. They were busy when I took my vehicle in on a Saturday for diagnosis, so they could not get to it that day. It actually took them 3 days to diagnose it and 3 days to fix it. After it was fixed, the transmission fluid leaked and we had to take it back. They repaired it again and now everything seems to be fine. I had warned them that the alarm system auto-locked the doors but it still locked them out and they had to break the door lock to get back in. They have said that they are going to repair the lock and, while we are still finding a time to do this, I have to give them credit for being standup about fixing it. more

I used Mesquite Eagle Transmission to replace my transmission and have been back several times, as they were nice enough to check out a couple of other things for me. The service has been great every time. They are very nice and communicative -- they always called me back to keep me updated. We recently had Mesquite Eagle Transmission rebuild the transmission in our car. We had used a different Eagle Transmission previously but this was our first experience with Mesquite. Their service was very personalized, which we appreciated, and the job was well done. When the car was ready to be picked up, they came 15 or 20 miles to where we live to pick up David so that he could get the car because I was sick. We are in the car now and it is nice and quiet, running well. It is actually quieter than it has ever been. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Mesquite Eagle Transmission. more
