E-Z Waste Disposal

I totally agree with Lynn C that E-Z Waste is a bad company. I have experienced problems with this company in the past but this week they have really gone to far. Monday was to be my usual trash pick-up day. After hosting family & friends for the Thanksgiving holiday we had an enormous amout of trash(all could not fit into the container) which we put out late Sunday night. I came home late Monday evening to find that my trash had not been picked-up. I called the E-Z Waste office and left them a message requesting someone contact me about my non-trash pick-up and explained that we had allot of trash that was outside of the container. I was very busy at work on Tuesday and I neglected to follow up with E-Z Waste but I did not receive any contact from them either. When I arrived home late Tuesday evening I found that my trash had not been picked up yet again...At this point the local animals had begun to dig through the trash and spread it across our yard. I again telephoned the E-Z Waste office and left another message requesting my trash be picked-up and someone to contact me to discuss why it was not picked up on monday as scheduled. I also sent a e-mail to their company Tuesday evening as well. On Wednesday morning I expected to receive some type of communication from E-Z Waste but I heard nothing. I finally gave them a call around 2:30 p.m. and spoke with a gentleman who really gave me no reason as to why my trash had not been picked up but promised to get it removed ASAP and he would give me a call back once he arranged the pick-up. I never heard back from E-Z on Wednesday afternoon and I came home Wednesday evening to my trash STILL not being picked up. I have no idea how this company stays in business with such bad customer service. I will be contacting a new company but E-Z Waste has already been paid for the quarter..... more

This is the worst trash pickup company I have ever seen! They lie repeatedly. If there are favorable comments below they must be the company posting fake reports. This business appears to be operating out of a home using a PO Box. Getting someone on the phone is next to impossible, and she will lie to you when you do get her. They have lied to me for two months now trying to get them to fix my garbage can lid which they damaged. I now have rats going in the can. Next stop, going to the county commission to see if I can get them banned from operating here in this county, after I get a few other customers to go with me. more

I highly recommend this company. Always on time and puts my trash cans back where they were and the lids are closed. I have never encountered any problems with this company. My last company had an automated arm on their truck and would only pick up certain things. This company works with me to produce good customer service and I can tell that they value their customers. HAVE YOU EVER WANTED A GREAT TRASH COMPANY????? WELL I FOUND JUST THE ONE BY HAVEING HORRIBLE TRASH COMPANY IN THE PAST!! I CALLED E-Z WASTE AND THEY HANDLE MY ISSUE!!!! I CALLED AND THEY ANSWERD NO AUTOMATIC ANSWER MACHINE!!! I LOVED THAT B/C EVERYTRIME I CALL SOME COMPANY TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEMS THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GET!! Terrible customer service! I purchased my own cans at Home Depot to save a little money and E-Z waste actually stuck their own advertising logos on them. I forgot to put my cans out by 6:00 am and was told they could not come back until the following week. The garbage man didn't pick up all the trash bags in the can and I was told ""We'll get it all next week"". more
