I took my 2 kids there and boy oh boy did I (not they) had a blast! lol I went during the NCAA Tourney and the place was a madhouse filled w/ corporate & sports crazed fans! Altho...

Worst

Dont worry about missing any of the game because there are tvs in every stall. This is the typical tourist trap. Overpriced lousy food, in the middle of Times Square. The bar i...

If you don't mind waiting 9/21/2002

ESPN zone has the usual time square prices and if you have some time to kill you can get something to eat the game room on the top floor has alot of sport games and is great you have to buy one of their ""game cards"" to play but all in all it's alot of fun. It is mostly a tourist crowd so you don't get a local flavor but it's a good place to catch a game if you in town. Pros: game room, location, decor Cons: wait list, expensive, tourist trap more

Can't not go 9/20/2002

It's ESPN zone every sport on what seems like endless TV's. No need to go anywhere else. Pros: in Times Square, easy to get to, everyone is there Cons: everyone is there, food value not good more

enthused 9/19/2002

The food is expensive. But the place was fun. I would still tell a friend about this bar. more

The food was good but...... 9/4/2002

Service was horrible, but food was good. I will never go again Pros: Good Food Cons: Horrible Service, Crowded, Expensive more

Fun, Great Place for Family 8/23/2002

One floor is non smoking, best place we've found for a family and kids to watch sports too. Can't wait for NFL to start now that we can all go somewhere to watch. Voted on Citysearch for ESPN. Pros: Non Smoking, Good for Family, Great Drinks and Beer more

Good sports bar with great food 8/22/2002

Went to this place for a meal. However along with the great food (big portions) was a great sporting atmosphere. more

Big Space, Great Drinks, Sports Heaven 8/21/2002

So much fun, sports, sports and more without the smoke and crowds, great food. Checked it our on Citysearch! It's our new favorite sports bar. Pros: Great Screens, Beers, Fun Crowd more

Tourist Trap 8/19/2002

Right in Times Sq - this ESPN is a draw for tourtist more than locals. Waiting in line for average pizza and chicken fingers - isn't really worth the wait. more

Awesome 8/4/2002

I never had som much playing in an arcade. The games were fairly priced, and so were the cards to use them. There was so many games to pick from, and not too crowded. You'll have fun if you like music, games, and a fun atmosphere. Pros: location, atmosphere, inexpensive more

good 7/26/2002

you will enjoy if you go for drinks games and of course to watch sports but , your better off eating somewhere else more

Loaded Fries!! 7/24/2002

These fries are the very best I've tasted....you would never think so...but it is. It is on the expensive side at I think about $10-$15.....but it's a humongous platter....2 of us couldn't finish it. I would say it would serve 4 people. They load it with all these toppings....mmmmmmm.....If you go to ESPN, the fries are a must!! The dessert was good too. Pros: good fries, good atmosphere, lots of hot guys =) Cons: expensive more

8.5 7/3/2002

My colleagues held my birthday party at this place, and I couldn't ask for anything more. If you are into sports, then you will like this place. Oh yeah, the food is not bad either. I would recommend experiencing this place at least once. more

ESPN=sports heaven!!! 5/29/2002

ESPN Zone is the best place to watch a game. Especially NFL and March Madness. On the 2nd floor they have 2 HUGE TV's and about 30 other smaller tv's. It tends to have too much of a tourist crowd but that's expected with it's Times Square location. The food isn't that bad either, considering it is a theme/chain establishment. more

This is not a Sports Bar 5/28/2002

Let's get one thing straight. ESPNZone is not a sports bar, it is an amusement park which shows sports. And who goes to Times Square to watch sports anyway? Real sports bars are not chains, themed or have more games than people. In a city like NYC, with all of its bars- sports or otherwise, naming this as the #1 sports bar is like naming Chucky Cheese the #1 pizza joint. Get real. For out of towners who don't know any better. Locals (including NJ) don't go near it. more
