It's an antique mall which, for everyone who is worried about the floors and windows, means that this place is stuffed to the gills with nifty items. Plan to spend some time and to save some money as they keep the overhead expenses low. The staff are unpaid but take turns at the counter so treat them with respect... and they'll bend over backwards to assist your needs. more

Not a very nice experience. 6/13/2010

Its a very old building. The top floor is in poor condition, every time I have been there, the ceiling was falling down from the roof leaking. I do give them credit for trying to patch it. The windows wer falling out, now some are replaced but dont open. Its very stuffy with no ventilation. Only one way out in a fire that I can see. Its scary!\r The basement floor is another story, check it out. Cons: Many reproductions, and used stuff. More like a flea market. more

Knowledgeable, Friendly and Helpful 3/1/2010

I was at the E.N. Miller Antique Store over the weekend and as usual received above average service. The person who works the desk on the weekends is one of the friendliest and most helpful person I have delt with. He has a great knowledge of antiques in general and china in particular. He found me a piece of china that I have been looking for to complete my grandmother's set. When I described what I was looking for he knew right where it was. I was amazed as that is a big store! I got it at a bargain and it was wrapped very carefully. I will definately be back as I am looking for furniture too. Pros: Great Value, Wonderful Antiques, Knowledgeable Salesperson more

Something for Everyone 9/3/2009

Milller's is a great antique mall tucked away on a quite back street in Verona. It is a family run business and has been for generations. It is definitly worth taking a look. Antiques, Primitives, Collectables, Shabby Chic, whatever your taste, you may just find what your looking for at Miller's. As far as customer service - everyone has a bad day now and then. Give Miller's a try, I'm sure you'll enjoy your time spent there. Pros: Family Owned, Good Parking, Quiet Side Street more

Bad Experience 6/13/2009

We arrived at Miller's to make a large purchase. While my husband looked the piece over, I went to the desk to inquire about renting a space, paying for the items and getting help bringing them to the front of the store. I waited 15 minutes for the clerk to finish what was obviously a personal phone call. Finally he took my questions about rental space while continuing his conversation. When it became apparent that we would not get his full attention, we walked out empty handed. We will not be back. Pros: Large selection of quality items Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE more

One of the best I've been to. 5/16/2008

While Miller Antiques is not one of the largest shops I've been to, it is by far one of the cleanest and most friendliest. The antiques are of very good quality and there is no ""Junk'.\r I love browsing through and while the shop is quite far from where I live I try to frequent it at least once every 4 to 6 months. I know they will have new things for me to feast my eyes on.\r I've purchased several beautiful pieces including a beautiful Queen Anne Chair that sits in my bedroom. I would recommend this shop to any lover of Antiques.\r Kate K. more
