Thank you for wasting a good 2 hours of my day! Found their website and called trying to get pricing. All I needed was a simple adjustment, but they told me I could come in for a free consult and wouldn't give pricing over the phone. Told me to print out the new customer forms from their website which took about 10-15 minutes to complete and just so happened to be some of the dumbest questions ever. Then went to their office and waited 51 minutes before I was seen by Tammy (office manager???) who proceeds to ask me the same questions that were in the new customer forms (my handwriting is legible to say the least). Then, I have to wait another 5 minutes for Dr. Durrett who decides we're gonna have an x-ray (I understand needing one, but still haven't gotten a price). I stop her and ask...how much is this gonna cost and she goes to get Tammy. I hear Tammy tell Dr. Durrett that she already gave me pricing while she's heading my way. I informed her that she did no such thing and then she tells me that the girl at the front desk did. I told her that that was not the case. She informs me that it is going to cost $175 and I told her I wasn't going to pay that. All I wanted was a simple adjustment. I told Tammy thanks for wasting over an hour of my time and headed for the door.
