Incredibly rude staff who act like you are putting them out when you call to make an appointment. In my experience, they have made everything extremely complicated and have been very cold and unsympathetic. After giving them a week notice that I needed a refill on my medication, at 7 months pregnant, and not being helped, I switched doctors immediately. They had no compassion or regard for what that could do to my body or baby for being without my medication for an extended period of time. My new doctors office was even dumbfounded by the unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this doctor's office. more

I have utilized the services of Scioto Family Physicians for over 10 years. Dr. Sherry Voet is my primary physician, although I have also been seen by her partners (who are also excellent). Dr. Voet is caring, intelligent, and willing to think out of the box, and she listens to her patients. She also has a sense of humor when dealing with medical issues that are not life-threatening, and she doesn't think she's better than everyone just because she has a medical degree; Dr. Voet is very down to earth. I have also been seen by the nurse practitioners who work there and they are FABULOUS! It is obvious that Dr. Voet and her partners only hire other medical providers who they know will fit in well with the patient demographic they provide services to. Definitely a 5-star rating! more

Dr Voet is compassionate, intelligent, and one wonderful Doc.. And I am not a fan of the medical proffesion. I am a middle age woman, self insured. I had some very bad experiences with Doctors as a child, and find every reason to avoid them, but Dr Voet is two thumbs up in my book. Pros: Top Notch Cons: Can't think of any more
