Steve, the owner, just informed me to take my business elsewhere because my order is ""too picky""!! I suppose you could say I don't want to drop $600 on an order that's done incorrectly, than sure, I'm picky. My orders are as simple as silk screening an image on the back of hooded sweatshirts, and embroidering a name on the chest in script. Of course the silk screening always looks good, but the embroidery is always wrong! Instead of script it's big block letters that looks like garbage. I ask to have it fixed and Steve blames me to be ""Too Picky""! ""Take your business elsewhere, customers like you aren't wanted here, I'm making nothing on your order."" Too bad Steve, you shouldn't have screwed up my order! I'm almost ready to leave you with the merchandise to pay for on your own, since you want me to take my business elsewhere - how much are you going to make then? Jerks, incompetant, let me see you out sometime and I'll really explain how much you need to retire.
Pros: Looks good when done right - just takes a few trys.
Cons: Their system is unsequential - Orders done late and wrong!
