Do not visit the Quail Springs location or any other for that matter. They messed up my hair and then refused to provide a remedy, return calls, and share the hair color formula they used. The manager is secretive and evasive-very professional at that, which told me that she has experience dealing with (or rather Not dealing with) complaints-which, of course, is not good. When calling other locations to get info on who to complain to, same thing-evasive and secretive. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a truly top notch hair salon.\r
