First Time Customer Very Impressed 10/31/2013

This was my first time having my ducts cleaned in a 100+ year old house my wife and bought 2 years ago. I was a little hesitant about Ductworks as my initial phone call was not returned. I chalked that up to a mistake or backlog when I spoke to a nice rep who apologized when I called back, so I went ahead and got a quote. (That's the only reason I didn't do 5 stars in Total Experience) The quote was very reasonable and I liked the outline I was given of what all they would do to my HVAC system so I scheduled an appointment. Sani was our tech and I was very impressed when he showed up 15 mins before the scheduled time to start unloading equipment. Sani took great care and time in explaining the whole process, examining our system and walking us through what all he would do. He then proceeded to lay cloth down over all areas of our house, and I even noticed he wrapped the vacuum hose where it came in contact with our staircase. Needless to say, nothing was damaged in the visit. Sani also took the time to point out and show me areas of concern when he uncovered them. To be honest, I couldn't believe how bad our ducts were. Sani literally pulled out things like a cigarette $@!#%, a beer can, a small painting, and lord knows what else was vacuumed out. He said he could tell the vents and furnace blowers had never been cleaned. My wife is pregnant and seeing the 'after' photos compared to the 'before' was such a relief. Sani estimated it would take 6 to 8 hours to clean our ducts and furnaces. On a Saturday, he was here 9 and a half hours and worked contentiously the whole time. After some prodding, Sani admitted to me that this was the dirtiest he had seen ducts. Our house was completely remodeled before we moved in, this is one thing that you don't necessarily think of. I honestly feel like I got a bargain from Ductworks. I'm so glad that I called Ductworks and will definitely use them in the future, I will also request Sani as I wouldn't have asked he did one thing different. more

Super service from a great Ductworks employee! 10/31/2013

What a great service experience! We went with Ductworks on the recommendation of an HVAC company we use and respect. Nick, our technician, was courteous, polite and extremely efficient. He examined our 1951-era cast iron ducts and explained exactly how he would clean them. Afterwards, he showed me the before and after photos he'd taken; I was amazed at the difference! Nick also had post-cleaning recommendations on air filters and future duct cleanings after we replace our old furnace. Thank you, Ductworks, for having such an excellent employee in Nick! more

We had DuctWorks come to our home to clean out our ducts. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the individual that came to our home. He did a great job cleaning out our ducts. I felt very comfortable having him in our home for the 6 hours he was here cleaning. He reviewed his work with me and showed me before and after pictures when he was finished. It's great to find a company that we can trust. The price was reasonable and we will have them back when we need future cleaning. more

Ernesto arrived promptly at 8:30, explained the process in detail, brought in his equipment, counted the ducts, and went to work. Except for his lunch break, he worked steadily and efficiently. At completion he showed us the photos he had taken, asked if we had any questions, provided a receipt and left as professionally as he arrived. Excellent job! He is a gem of an employee. more

Thorough and professional job 10/25/2013

Sani and Felipe did a great job. We had previously used another company to clean out ducts and were very disappointed. Ductworks did a great job for us. They were professional, thorough, and careful to keep our house clean during the process. We have a large house and the whole job took over 8 hours. The previous company only took about 2 hours. We will plan to use Ductworks again and would highly recommend them. more

Jul did a great job cleaning our air ducts. He protected the floors from all of the equipment, and went above and beyond by changing our furnace filters after the procedure was completed. more

By far, the best duct work service I have experienced 10/24/2013

Felipe was our service tech, and he provided the best service we have ever experienced, at a fair price. On time, clean, neat, thorough explanation of the process, he showed respect for our home and went out of his way not to inconvenience us or let the dirt stray from the equipment. This is my fifth time using a duct cleaning company, and I will always use Ductworks and Felipe. Thank you. more

Very thorough high quality work 10/24/2013

Felipe did an incredible job at my home. He was very detailed and thorough. He was very careful to protect the flooring and walls. He updated me throughout the day on the status of the project. I have had other companies do similar work and they always seemed rushed and just surface. I have no doubt that the cleaning by Felipe was in depth and complete. more

Felipe did a great job yesterday. Arrived on time. Very polite, courteous, and professional. Detail oriented. Explained the whole process. Showed before and after photos. I was surprised to see what was in the vents. He put down the drop cloths and door guards to protect from the hoses. Jul is a true professional. he put down drop cloths to make sure he would not scratch our wood floors. he cleaned the ducts until they were spotless. he cleaned up to area and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I would recommend them to everyone. more

Michael is the best! 10/18/2013

Michael drove from Arvada to our 60+ year old home in Colorado Springs and cleaned ducts that hadn't been touched in decades. He put drop cloths everywhere and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was kept clean. Ductworks had done our home when we lived in Denver so we knew who to call. Michael explained the process and showed us the before and after pictures. The difference was amazing! If you have ducts in your home, you need to call Ductworks! more

Review for Nick 10/18/2013

Nick came over after his original job canceled - he got here at 9:30 andt right to work - he contacted his boss to tell them ta it was a large job and they saidthey ould ry and get someone else over to help him. He worked straight through without any help, took only a very short break, and stayed ard at work til he finished 6:45 pm. he never complained, was very nice and was such a hard worker. I am impressed wth he company because of him more
