Pencil scratch marks 3" long were left on 100 y/o trim to mark stud location. A light switch box was left covered over that I had to cut out. A tape joint was exposed and when I pointed it out they sprayed heavy texture from a can that doesn't match the rest of wall. The 100 y/o door and paneling was not fully covered, so when they wiped it down it left smears all over, but tried to tell me it's just dust. One corner was cracking badly one day after they finished and told me I could caulk it before painting. The contractor who recommended them was embarrassed when I showed him pictures. Two times they said they would be there at 7 am....once they didn't show and didn't tell me until I called them, the other time they showed at 730. They were prompt to respond to call or text. They were friendly.
