I never had a problem shopping on Drugstore.com's website, they have been very good sending me my purchases via U.S. mail. If they do not have a paticular item(s) that I want in stock. Drugstore.com will inform me via e-mail if it was on backorder or if the item(s) have been discontinued. I recently had my perscription medication transfered to Drugstore.com from Walgreens because I was unhappy with service I received, and I am willing to give Drugstore.com a chance to serve me as a customer. more

I have ordered from drugstore.com a couple of times and generally had a good experience BUT got tired of their frequent, unsolicited email advertising. After trying MULTIPLE times to remove my name and address from their mailing list by following the instructions in their advertisements to unsubscribe, emails continued to come, so I called their corporate office directly and spoke to customer service and requested to be removed from their mailing list. Even after that I AM STILL RECEIVING EMAILS! What a nightmare. If you want to be continuously bothered, go ahead and buy something there; if you detest spam like I do, stay away. more

Convenient site for shopping online..... 3/30/2006

This site has just about anything you would find in a drugstore and more.....It is also connected with beauty.com so you can buy professional products....I use this website for hard to find items or when I am feeling lazy and spend enough to get FREE SHIPPING!!! I did have one purchase that was shipped and one of my purchases leaked all over everything in the box. When I called customer service to tell them, they immediately shipped replacements overnight without hesitation. Their customer service is A++++. more
