I visited the office of Dr. Stenzler with the hope of not only getting a great massage, but also learning a bit more about myself. Through a package I had received from Mind Body Partnerships, I received a 60 minute massage as well as a wellness evaluation. The massage was glorious, of course. Just the thing I needed. But the wellness evaluation was really eye-opening. It showed me where I was at through the evaluation of my diet, relaxation, exercise, adjustment, and mental wellness. It was interesting to see where I was ahead of the game, so to speak, and where I was behind (see: relaxation)! I'll be back for more massages as well as continued training in keeping my wellness in more of a zen balance. I can definitely see how it will positively effect other aspects of my life. more
