Very disappointed with their service. Don't really care for their customers only about the money. Take very long to do project. Would work only one or two days a week and some not even one and when you call to see what happened they act like they're doing the customer a favor and get upset. So upset to be paying someone that does whatever they want when they want. Careful don't let them fool you by first impression! more

Outstanding Customer Service & attention 4/18/2012

This company is very well organized in there construction process. I would definitely recommend them to any one looking to build a pool. I was even giving the owners personal cell phone so I could contact him directly if I had any concerns or question at any time. Robert the owner is was very courteous and very accessible always for any questions. more

Beware of Dream Pools 3/20/2012

Beware of Dream Pools - Worst service ever. This company is practically a joke. They don't do their jobs correctly and sometimes, they don't even finish it. But that doesn't stop them from billing us. I unfortunately, learned this the hard way, instead of reading reviews online first, rather on their site. Who knows if those are actually true or not? Definitely do your research before hiring Dream Pools. Complete waste of time, money, and effort trying to reach someone in the company who actually cares about the paying customer. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS more
