The actual people to arrive were DrainPro of Chandler, not Phoenix, but it is the same company. There folks were quick to call back, quick to arrive, but were way over priced. DrainPro charged me $200 to work on a toilet that took about 20 minutes to fix. When the toilet did not work again the next day, they assured me I needed a new toilet. After reading on the internet, I realized the under rim was simply gummed up from a "blue disk" put in the tank the previous day. I removed the blue disk, flushed a few times, and problem solved. The toilet works great now. Their quote to purchase and install a run of the mill toilet was $850. Out of curiosity, I was able to get a quote for the same toilet purchased and installed by a local plumber for $300. Don't even call DrainPro.
