Mom, who passed away, had preplanned alot of the aspects of her final services. Our Draeger professional showed us every cremations jar we wanted to see and told us the price up front. He knew every aspect from death to the service at the cemetery. They decorated the room with things Mom liked to do--knitting, crosswords, etc. They created a most beautiful slide show of pictures we provided them. Truly a work of art. They created huge and big pictures of Mom's life and hung them around the room. The setting for the memorial service was just beautiful. I didn't mention flowers because Mom didn't want any. They played the music she wanted, brought tears to the eyes. The staff was so patient with me, as I called 2-3 times a day with questions, suggestions. If the person I was working with wasn't available, whoever picked up the phone was totally versed on my account and could answer questions, etc., immediately. In creating Mom's final day, Draeger Langendorf has an account where they pay for all things, newspaper announcement, flowers--if needed, minister, buffet after the service, etc., etc., and you pay one amount to them. They also wait until you receive life insurance disbersement for payment. I can't say enough about how helpful, compassionate, and professional the entire staff was. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and my sister and I are going to use their services when the time comes.
