Dr. Samreen W. Azeem, MD - Triangle Family Medicine

Dr. Azeem is the best doctor I've ever had! \r She always makes herself available to see me or my family. I was thrilled when she opened her own practice in Holly Springs (closer to me). Her and her staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating!\r A few years ago, I went to see her because I didn't feel right, so she took the time and ran an ekg. She saw that something wasn't right and referred me to a cardiologist who found a hole the size of a quarter in my heart. I thank Dr. Azeem who took the time and listened to my concerns. I don't know what would've happened to me if she didn't catch this issue! \r I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a family physician who cares about her patients and is willing to listen! more

I've been seeing Dr. Azeem since I was originally with her previous partner in Apex. I was so happy when she opened her own practice closer to home in Holly Springs. I have NEVER had a problem with her or her staff. (ZERO!... and quite frankly, anyone who does report problems is likely a ""difficult"" patient.) She has always been extremely patient and devotes whatever time is necessary to try and determine what might be a current problem. I have recommended others to her practice and now my wife, son, and mother are all patients. I rarely have to wait more than one day for an appointment and can normally see her the same day, if needed. Finally, I have her to thank for her concern with some recurring test results and her referring me to a specialist. I had previously seen a different specialist for similar, prior results, who it turns out misdiagnosed the presence of cancer. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a caring family physician who is willing to take the time necessary to actually listen to the patient. more

Dr. Azeem's staff is extremely uncooperative and unprofessional and it is my opinion that this office culture is a direct reflection of her own behavior. Don't be fooled by appearances. I was very disappointed with my experiences both with her and the staff and would not recommend that anyone use her services. more

Very dissatisfied, the doctor rushed through the appointment, the staff was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I went there for the convenience but will not return. I found another practice with a wonderful staff and doctor, if you are looking for a doctor who spends time with you, has your labs done and follows up with you check out Dr Bhavani Lagadapati in Morrisville. more

I followed Azeem from her apex practice. She's a very quiet observant doctor. She does not hurry but does not waste your time. I'm so glad she's closer to my home. My spouse and I both see her and she's one of the best general physicians I have seen. The office is clean. Nothing fancy. Just clean and efficient and her front desk staff is very nice. more

I too followed Dr. Azeem from her previous practice. I was pleasantly surprised we she decided to open up her own practice in Holly Springs closer to my home! She is a wonderful doctor, always looking to give me the best care possible. She is proactive in her approach to my care and I have the utmost trust in her with my health. I too am following Dr. Azeem from her last practice. I've had numerous PCP's over the years, and she's been the most patient and thoughtful PCP I've ever had. When I say patient, I mean she takes her time to make sure you know what she's doing and why she's doing it, and then allows for as much time as you need to answer any questions you may have. When I say thoughtful, I don't mean nice, I mean she considers everything you say and doesn't dismiss your concerns but seriously contemplates what you've related to her. My favorite quote from her was some time back when she said ""Mr G - I just want to make sure I give you the best care possible."" She wasn't saying that as a courtesy or to convince me of her kindness - she was being 100% sincere. I've never met another doctor like her anywhere else and she has earned my highest recommendations. more

Dr. Azeem is awesome! I have been one of her patients for some years now and was so sad to hear she had left her previous location but was happy to find out she had her own practice not too far away. She has a very caring attitude, and I feel comfortable with her. There are quite a few choices of doctors out there, so please consider that I am driving a little distance out of my way to remain a patient when you read my review. I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you give her a chance. I know I have been very satisfied with the level of care and caring I have received from Dr. Azeem. more
