Worst

Overall, it was fine. However, The past 2 times I've been in I've had temp dentists and temp dental hygienest. Would like a more solid relationship with both instead of never know...

I'm so glad we found this dentist office. They are simply the best dentist office I have ever gone to. From being greeted so warmly when you walk in, to virtually never waiting for appointment, to how the wonderful dental hygienists make the anxiety of a dentist visit so bearable. Laura is amazing! Dr. Mize has definitely built the perfect team there. Highly recommend them. more

Missed appointment $75bucks! 3/25/2011

MISS AN APPT AND GET CHARGED!!... don't miss a appointment they will charge you $75 bucks!! if your ten mins late they will charge you $75 bucks and make you reschedule. I get you need to be on time but ten mins? Sad because he is a really really good dentist and the staff is great. I was bringing my whole family to him. With so much competition and in todays economy you would think they would think twice about this policy. Having three jobs and kids things happen Dr Mize you need to be a little more flexible. I even got a letter saying I was dismissed from their practive because I refused to pay a missed appt fee. Do you take your car or pc to get work done on it decide not to go and pay them anyway? What makes a dentist so special? more

Our family moved from Scottsdale Arizona 4 years ago to Raleigh NC. We have been coming to Dr. Mize for 4 years and we love him and his staff! Growing up in Arizona I had the same dentist for over 30 years . I am so happy that I found someone who I can trust with our teeth. We consider Dr. Mize and staff part of our extended family! Our four daughters love going to the dentist because of Dr. Mize! more
