I should have known better than to schedule an appointment with Dr. Downing after I had to call 10 times just to get someone to answer the phone in order to schedule the appointment. He ended up cancelling that appointment a couple hours beforehand (after I had called twice to confirm). No apology. No explanation. The guy that answers the phone seems to never have any answers. I kind of feel bad for him because it appears that Dr. Downing puts him in these uncomfortable situations and the poor guy doesn't have a clue how to handle them. Bottom line, only go here if you don't care about your time, money, or teeth.
