Doublehorn Communications has really been there for our company when it comes to knowledgeable staff. We have had no major issues and the small issues that are not crucial are fixed immediately. I called yesterday to get my extension to ring on my cell and the help desk transferred it for me in seconds and also showed me how to do it on my own for next time. That is just an example of the service we have received. We have 22 extensions and I can say with confidence that not one employee has had problems with the service. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable phone system. more

I have not seen any of the problems the previous reviews have had. I have had service from Doublehorn for almost 3 years and have not had any problems with services or the help desk. I have refereed almost my entire building and everyone is extremely happy with them. more

I think Shaun's being a little harsh. I have had several issues with call quality with this company and can never get anyone on the phone from support. I have to submit a trouble ticket and wait. It seems to be the same issues over and over that the right equipment could address. Thank God my contract is almost over. I like supporting local companies but I need to find another company going forward. more

Doublehorn Comms are scum 2/15/2012

where to start.....this is one of the worst companies i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have no support, and when they do, its a joke,like 5 MONTHS..YES 5 MONTHS to reply to a 12 hour outage. They are clever with their contracts and will screw you at every opportunity. They had some decent people, but they all left as the company started collapsing. At least that is an upside, they wont be in business too much longer...good riddance. more
