Horrible experience!!! I have never been treated like this in any boutique I have ever been to! Owner Anna is so rude and conniving. She took full payment on a dress she told me she would order for me for my daughters wedding. I placed the order in January. She called that my dress was in February, turns out it was the same sample dress I tried on. When I confronted her about it and all the missing beads, she told me that's how new dresses come in. I wanted a bolero made as well and when asked about the extra material, she said she still needed to look into it. Bottom line she delayed me until April. My daughters wedding is June 1. Even her employee confirmed that she was trying to pass off the sample dress as a new one! What horrible customer service! She did not care and even laughed at my health problems I am having. Instead of having good customer service, being that it is her business, she hit below the belt. Wouldn't even call the vendor or try to work with me. I asked for a refund and she threw my credit card at me! Luckily I disputed it with my card company. Turns out she was billing under a different store name, "" Daniela's Boutique"". I should have listened to my gut instinct with this woman! Don't trust her or anything she says! It took me a while to find a store that was able to even order a dress with such little time remaining. Because of such late notice, I had to pay a large penalty to rush ship a dress that will come in a couple days before my daughters wedding. I am still waiting for it to come in and I have sleepless nights because of all this stress. Beware of this place, RED FLAG! Save yourself the aggravation!
