Donatoni's at Hilton Waikoloa is reminiscent of the Blue Bayou at Disneyland, set right on the waters of the canal, so that diners can look out on the boat riders at they pass by and vice versa. Of course, the view past the boats to the crystal blue waters of the Pacific far surpass Disney's view, but you get the idea of how it feels. You'll pay about $30 an entree for mediocre Italian food, excellent service and a phenomenal view. If you don't mind paying for an elegant environment, this is the place for you. But if you want incredible Italian food, this is not the place.
