My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Don Lee's for almost 20 years for a variety of automotive needs and have always been very satisfied with the service and the results. The staff is always polite and professional and the price for service is normally less than the market rate. Also, when diagnosing a problem, they're honest about the vehicle's needs and the expected results. They make things right and do not want you to leave disappointed or upset. Quality work is their goal. more

Would never dream of taking my car anywhere else 7/6/2009

We have been taking our cars (six of them, all Japanese, including one hybrid) to Don Lee's for repairs and service for 15 years. I would never dream of taking my car anywhere else, even for routine service such as oil changes or tire replacement. Since they and we have moved since we first started going there, their East Raleigh location is not terribly convenient, as we now live in NW Raleigh. But they are straight with us, helpful and accommodating, and provide good service at a fair price. more

A#1 3/28/2009

I've purchased tires, oil changes, winterizing of my car for trips north and any variety of services. I have always found the staff to be honest, trustworthy, courteous and doing excellent work. 1 of the best things is as a woman I can trust them. Sell to me a fair price and don't over sell. I have recommended them & anyone I've sent has always been as please and happy with their services as I have. more
