Far from Divine experience 8/14/2010

I was promised uniformed men with professional moving experience. Not that they showed up in street clothes but they didn’t know how to protect my furniture properly. \r I move 3 times in the last 2 years and I have seen it done right. They have all these nice reviews but I can’t believe one of them. They actually took apart my bed and somehow lost all the screws. \r I certainly can’t recommend Divine Movers, because they are anything but Divine. more

Far from Divine experience 8/14/2010

I was promised uniformed men with professional moving experience. Not that they showed up in street clothes but they didn’t know how to protect my furniture properly. Divine Moving have been proudly servicing the NYC metro for over 10 years. Divine Moving was mentioned on BusinessWeek, Village Voice, NY Daily News, Fortune Magazine, CNN Money and more… Lately we noticed that a few fake reviews were posted by our competition in sites that do not require much more than a fake email. These posters avoid going to the BBB or AMSA or even the State DOT to file a complaint since they will need to show proof that Divine gave them service, something they clearly can’t provide so the end up in these type of websites. We are in the process of collecting IP addresses and emails used that can be traced to the posters computers (thank god for technology) We apologize that you need to see how a very small group of people tries to smear the industry and us in particular in order to improve their business. Rest to sure that we got all of the necessary agencies involved and we’ll get to the bottom of this. Please ignore the below fake review and trust us as we have been servicing you glitch free for over a decade please visit reputable sites for real honest reviews. Huge mistake 6/24/2010

The movers showed up late and they came with one man short. The third mover came in the middle of the job and the company still charged me full rate for three guys. They screeched the building hallway doors but thankfully they are insured. The driver also hit the building awning on his way out. I haven’t seen such incompetency in longest time. Forget Divine movers and save yourself a headache. more

Your team was very efficient and helpful and would recommend your moving company to anyone who is relocating in the area. I've moved apartments in NY 4 times so far, and my roommates twice each, and for all of us this experience was absolutely painless. Special thanks to David, Anthony and Dana at the home office for making this move happen with our buildings. more
