Ditmas Management only provides heat for 1 hour on, then 3 1/2 hours off from 9 am until 11 pm in the winter months. Then, usually no heat from 11 pm until 9 am the next morning....

Forget about Heat in Winter 1/18/2010

Ditmas Management only provides heat for 1 hour on, then 3 1/2 hours off from 9 am until 11 pm in the winter months. Then, usually no heat from 11 pm until 9 am the next morning. Only rent from them if you like a chilly place. It's absurd to pay such high rent for very old apartments with inadequate heat. more
