Disney's Coronado Springs

Coronado Springs Resort is located in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It is a moderate price range hotel on Disney property. This was a nice hotel to stay in and similar to other moderate hotels, but a big difference that I noticed was that they have a convention center at this hotel and there are a lot of business travelers. Being surrounded by so many business travelers made me feel like I was not really in a Disney hotel at times. I like seeing families and kids getting ready to visit the parks, not business travelers preparing for their presentations. But, otherwise, I liked the hotel and the theming was nice and still had a great time! more

My family and I love to Vacation at Disney World and have stayed at many of the Disney Resort Hotels. The Coronado Springs is a Moderately (according to Disney) Priced Hotel. What we like about it is the layout. This place is Huge!! There are different categories of rooms to suit all sizes of families. They have a really great themed pool area as well as Hammocks dotting the property. The property is quite large though, and if stuck in a room in the back, you could be doing a lot of Walking. One of the best features of this property is the food court or as Disney calls it, Marketplace. It is set up with different food "huts". At each hut you find a different type of food, ranging from snack size to meal size, both hot and cold varieties. You walk around and order what you like (this makes it so easy to find something for everyone!) and then pay for it. and all eat together at a table. I found every employee to be extremely nice and professional. The property was always clean and had a great bus system to get to the individual parks. I don't think we ever waited more than 10 mins to hop a ride! more
