For the most part I have been pretty happy with our satelite service through Dish Network. This past week we were having problems with our dish, it wasn't picking up a signal, and they didn't know why. I had purchased the home protection package (or whatever they call it), and they still wanted me to pay for them to come out and fix the dish, since it had been longer than 60 days from the beginning of service. Anyways, to make a long story short, after talking to the supervisor lady, they were willing to not only waive the fee, but also give me month of free service. I was actually pretty impressed at how much they wanted to keep me a customer.
