I called Lee Cook at Dick Smith up prior to coming in, within minutes he found what I was looking for. When I came into the store they were outstanding!! What a place!!!! Nathan Beard was my salesman and what a great guy....Needed a new truck and needed it in a hurry....met Nate on the lot of Dick Smith Ford and right away I could tell this place was a little different. Really easy to work with. I have to say I hope this is the last truck I buy but if I need another one I am coming back more

Really great job here all the way around. Greeted with a smile, Nathan Beard was my salesman, the finace guy was great and even the rest of the staff seemed really nice. I love my Focus, really cool and functional car. Great MPG pretty peppy and very cool. Recomendations from me about this dealership are HIGH. more

I have bought 5 cars over the years from Roger Neal and every time I have he makes me feel like I'm family. Really had an enjoyable experience again at Dick Smith Ford. I have purchases 3 cars from here and used the same Salesman, Nathan Beard each time. Can't say enough about Nate, really great guy and easy going, he listens and seems to care about you being as happy and comfortable with a purchase. I have one more child to buy for in about 2 years and I can say with certainty I will be calling Nate so he can help me again, they have a huge selection and every brand out there. Dont waste your time haggling at other dealerships. more

Great Experience 12/7/2011

I love my Ford Fusion. Went to a couple different dealerships wanting to make sure I got the best deal. I left the first dealership thinking I was getting a pretty good one. I showed up at Dick Smtih Ford and met Nathan, my salesman. He found me $1000 more in Rebates the other dealer was ""hiding"", gave me an additional $500 for my trade..... when I got ready to negotiate price, he made one trip to the manager, no back and forth no backing up straight forward and to the point. Got the car I wanted at the price I deserved. thanks for a hassle free experience and I will be back. more
