best salesman & dealership 12/14/2011

Let me tell you about this salesman I meet a couple of days ago. His name is Eric Basiliere and he works for Dick Smith Ford of Downtown. My husband and I needed a car that gets good gas mileage, that's when Eric made our day. He pointed us out to all the good gas mileage car and I fell in love with the new Fiesta. Eric explain to us all the advantages and technological features of the Fiesta, as well as he was easy to deal with. I know where I'll be buying all my cars from now on and from who. more

Buy Your New Ford Here! 12/14/2011

I bought a new F-150 and I love it! It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car... Chad Weeden arranged all my financing for me along with the warranty coverages that I inquired about. He was great and seemed like a really great guy! I would suggest by passing the sales process and just calling him... Just a thought. more

I have to tell you about my friend, Roger Neal, the manager at Dick Smith Ford. I have known Roger for almost 20 years and I have bought 6 cars from over that time. I always see Roger because I just don't like all the hassle that comes with buying a car. he truly makes buying a car a fun, no hassle, no pressure situation. Never did I think buying a car would be as much fun as I had. Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford made it easy and not boring. His personality is great for the job. Always taking the pressure of the customer and making the car buying experience a fun one. He handle all the paper work, all I had to do was sign and drive. Love the service I received from Eric Basiliere and the guys at Dick Smith Ford. Eric was so knowledge about the Expedition I bought that made my decision easy to make. He also made me feel at ease with no added pressure. After the delivery process he made sure my Expedition had a full tank of gas as well as washed and detailed. I thank Eric for my new Ford. I had Mustang fever and went hunting. Ran into Nathan Beard at Dick Smith Ford who was not afraid to let me shop. Looked over the cars for about 3 hours, test drove several and decided to take a day or two to think about it.....no harassing phone calls or pressure...I showed back up 3 days later without a look of surprise Nate said ""which one you want""...I laughed felt Like I was buying a car from a buddy. more

Great Job 12/13/2011

Awesome job at this Dealership. I dealt with Nathan Beard(salesman) and he was a tremoundous help. I was really particular in the vehicle I wanted and found no other dealership to help me out. Nathan was immediate in telling me if the vehicle was out there he would get it.....he called me with the news an hour after I left the dealership. New truck is amazing as well. thanks a whole bunch guys more

I bought a Ford Escape a couple of days ago from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford and I love my new car and the service that Eric gave me. From picking the car out, to making sure payments were what I felt comfortable with, to even showing me the dealership and calling me the next day to see how the first night went. I never thought buying a car could be so fast or easy until I meet my salesman Eric Basiliere. He let me tell him what I wanted and he was a great. Within minutes we found an Edge that I loved. The rest of the staff at Dick Smith Ford was superb. They all work as a team, therefore you are in & out in no time. Anyone looking for a Ford or any vehicle, this is the place. more

I was very happy with my experience with Nathan Beard (salesman) at Dick Smith Ford. He along with the whole staff was friendly, very knowledgeble and listened to what I had to say the whole time. I needed a car that I could afford, wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles, just an A to B car for work that saved me money in gas cost.......introduced me to the Focus and could not be happier. more

I came into the dealership with High Expectations and everyone of those expectations were met. My salesman (Nathan) was phenomenal...courteus, listened well and answered all of my concerns. We went over almost every small to midsize car they had and even after several test drives their was proffesional attitude all the way through. Really great place to shop and get some questions answered without being heckled the whole time more

I first me Eric Basiliere as a sales call, after trying different Ford dealerships across the state and not being treated fairly or with a good price. I tried Dick Smith Ford. Eric without knowing me gave me respect and most importantly the best price on the vehicle I wanted in the whole state of South Carolina. Eric was easy and simple to deal with.
