James was incredibly patient, informative and accommodating. We came from out of state to look at one car. He was able to “hold” the car for us to view on the weekend upon our arrival; he had the car, all the information, etc. We were there for 4 hours because we saw other vehicles that piqued our interest. We test drove three cars and thoroughly considered four and ultimately chose one. As far as negotiations, I was impressed with the transparency, the lack of cliché lines like “I’ll talk to my manager” We were treated with respect and no one patronized us at all, positive experience. James Binder was very helpful and we’d recommend this dealership.
