I would not buy anything from this company ever again, the custom cabinet that I ordered for my kitchen (at a premium price) was supposed to be solid oak, it took forever to show up and then it turns out to be made mostly out of particle board ? like something you would purchase at a Wal-Mart. And as if that was not bad enough, when I arrived home and unboxed the cabinet, I noticed the faux wood laminate on the particle board does not even cover all of the exposed areas on the front, base and sides, rough cut particle board edges everywhere! Very, very poor quality and this company is not even willing to try and resolve. This cabinet quite literally needs to go straight to the trashcan? more

I had Diamond Kitchen and Bath remodel my kitchen and I couldn't have been happier. The salesman took a real interest in my project and really came up with a great design. They had a huge selection of cabinets to choose from and their price was the best of all the quotes we got. The installation took just one day and the installer was very meticulous. I really enjoyed working with DKB and would highly recommend anyone doing a kitchen remodel go see them. more

We recently purchased not to impressive cabinets from this company for a remodel. Their showroom was ok. Not very big and not much of a variety. We picked out our cabinets and placed our order. Five weeks later we recieved our cabinets which our contractor picked up. Upon installing them we discovered that one of the upper cabinets was missing. He called Diamond and our sales person ordered the new one. We had to wait another 5 weeks for the missing cabinet. Our sales person said he would deliver and install at no charge because it was his mistake. (which I would have expected anyway). At the time of discovering the missing cabinet we also found that two doors were warp. So we ordered those as well. Pros: Cheap. You get what you pay for Cons: Once they have you money customer service goes downhill more

good service, good selection and really good prices...............my kitchen remodel went really well with these guys from start to finish............would highly recommend more

Marv from Diamond Kitchen and Bath said ""You're too much trouble"" rather than simply giving me a breakdown of what I was being charged. He raised the price $500 after I gave him a $2200 deposit, then he got all flustered when I asked him specifically what items had gone up in price. Each time I asked him to seperate out the charges he would try to intimidate me. My friends say that he just wanted to pad his pockets more and wasn't able to come up with a good enough sounding reason why it was going to cost more. I'm still waiting a week later for a refund of my deposit. Pros: Lowest price Cons: Intimidating salesman, price change without willing to explain why more

Marv is a TERRIBLE salesmen. What you and he agree upon verbally is not what Marv writes up in the contract. Make sure you go over the contract with a fine tooth comb. You'll need to understand all their color codes, cabinet codes, measurements, etc. Even if your written contract is correct, Marv will try to explain away the errors. more
