Love My Volvo. I just want to take a minute and thank you for being a terrific salesman! I am enjoying my Volvo XC 60 very much. It's a pleasure to drive, has an attractive interior, all the controls are within easy reach and the safety features are dynamic! That Orinoco Blue color body color is wonderful! I have told many people about the Volvo ""Fly and Drive"" program, and a few have heard of it, but none personally have taken the step to take overseas delivery. Thanks for suggesting it to us and thanks for you excellent handling of our Volvo sale and delivery. more

DeVoe Infinity has always been wonderful. 4/19/2011

DeVoe Infinity has always been wonderful. I have had few problems with my Infinity with the exception of a tire sensor light which is an ongoing 2 year problem. They have been proactive in trying to diagnose and fix. One of the reasons I will keep my G35 is the excellent care I have with DeVoe. more

It was a nice experience. The salesman was very helpful and made sure that I understood how to work absolutely everything with my new car. I dealt with the finance lady who I signed papers with and she was also very helpful and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. It would recommend them to my friends and relatives!! more

Overall, treated respectfully 3/22/2011

Overall, treated respectfully, salespeople responsive to needs. Only 1 glitch mars the experience: Tools were not available to remove license plate from our trade-in. Salesman was to have plate removed and mail it to us. He did not follow through. Plate stayed on the car sold to a used car lot. This was upsetting for potential liability to us. more

I have nothing but good things to say about your dealership and service department. I had to stop in for a battery for my auto entry and pointed out that my sunvisor bracket/clip had broken and as I was getting my battery they had fixed the little bracket clip for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes what excellent customer service! more

My experience with everyone was exceptional 1/20/2011

My experience with everyone at the dealership was exceptional. I feel that everyone went above and beyond to make the purchase quick and easy yet extremely informative with respect to the new vehicle.
