I scheduled a spa day for my mothers birthday and she was SO unhappy. The front desk receptionist was very nice and cordial but the staff they had doing the services were horrible...

I found this cute little spa just walking around my neighborhood. I booked a facial and massage. I thought the technicians were very professional, and really knew their areas of expertise. I am always trying new places, and I think I have finally found a place I would really like to return to. My skin looked and felt great after my facial, and I I felt completely relaxed after my massage. The courteous and friendly receptionist even sent me home with a goody bag with a coupon for my next visit. I will definitely be back, and plan to bring my sister when she visits New York. Pros: Good value, professional service Cons: none more
